| Years and years ago when I was a little girl, I used to always get pink popcorn at Nay Aug Park Zoo. Not the pink bricks originating out of San Fransisco, but rather the slightly sweetened, light and airy popcorn that I can't seem to forget. Does anybody else remember this wonderful confection? I understand that there are similar recipes available on the internet, but I would love to track down the manufacturer of the original. At least then I will know that I have exhausted all possible leads and then start trying recipes. So if you remember anything at all about the pink popcorn at the Nay Aug Park Zoo in Scranton, PA, please let me know!! Perhaps we can help each other track it down! |

Man, that takes me way back...
Only remember the color - seem to think it was a little sweeter.
not sure though, don't think I've been there since the early 70's.
Having flashes of the roller coaster, bumper cars, and a dead elephant.
If you like tracking things down, been looking around for the recipe for the Globe Store's fudge. |
